Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the return policy below and contact us at We allow 14 days upon your receiving the item to process a return or exchange. Please note that colors in your product may appear slightly different than on screen. We have made every effort to show patterns and colors in their true forms, but different monitors and lighting may produce some minor discrepancies. 


Items must be returned in unworn condition, free of damage or wear. Your original payment method will be refunded minus shipping costs. 


Items can be exchanged for other items of equal or lesser value. When you contact us about an exchange, please indicate for which item or items you wish to exchange. Note that all of our items are one-size so we cannot accommodate sizing exchanges, but we can help you find something that fits your body better.


We do not accept returns or exchanges or grant refunds on sale items.


Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We are located in Mexico so we recommend tracking.  Please consider that Mexico's mail is very slow and sometimes items might take up to 3 to 4 months to arrive. We can't refund you until we have received your merchandise. Is always a better option to send it through a package delivery company and get a tracking number.
